The OyunlagUils Intellectual Development Support Association based in Ulaanbaatar was established 2004. It is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization working to assist Mongolian youth in their development into active members of society, by providing social, educational, cultural activities. Since the late 90ties the authorities endeavor to reform and reorganize our educational system to meet the requirements of today market economy. We organize different kinds of events such as conferences, seminars. It is conducts its operation under authorization by Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs of Mongolia. The Certificate number is: 4492 and register number is: RD1045857

These are our objectives:
• To establish relations and to cooperate with governmental and non-governmental organizations those are engaged in education, science and culture.
• To contact to overseas non-governmental organizations with similar goal and to exchange information and experiences, and to cooperate with them.
• To exchange students and to support youths that desire to study and work abroad with support and assistance of our cooperating governmental and non-governmental organizations and overseas partners studying their operations.
• To participate in voluntary operations and projects that is carrying out and to be carried out in future by foreign and domestic governmental and non-governmental organizations with similar tasks.
• To organize open training, education exhibition, seminar and meeting making officials and youths of governmental and non-governmental organizations with similar tasks participate in them.
• To organize friendly tour without alcoholic beverages and cigarettes and any other bad habits and discussion that tests knowledge and thinking among youths especially youths with one goal.

Our organization is non-profit one and source of financing is as follows:
• Donation by citizens, entities and organizations
• Incomes from operations related to implementing our regulation tasks
• Income granted for the purpose of project implementing and financial assistance provided by foreign sponsors.
• Funds of testament and credits
• Other sources allowed by law

Activity:

The “Oyunlag-Uils” has established a network of programmers to help young people Mongolia focused on four main areas of, Positive outlook and harnessing the potential for development and education. Our youth must lose no time in learning new skills, gaining experience and should look upon every day as a new opportunity. Our work at the “Oyunlag-Uils” aims to tackle the concerns of our young people in a different way. Since the “Oyunlag-Uils” started its activities in 2004, we realized, as you have much experience that it would be appropriate to get in touch and to see, whether you would be willing to let us partake in your long term experience of a similar kind of work - but in country with a well developed economy. We are dedicated to focusing not only at the problems traditionally faced in our country. We are continually looking to develop programs designed to combat the problems that youth encounter in the modern world. We continually strive to protect the rights of education to help young people learn how to get the information they need, and to build relationships between Mongolian youth and the rest of the world.
